Product Summary

The CU1216L is a single conversion full band Unit with a phase lock loop tuning system. The PLL tuning system is I2C programmable and allows a tuning step size of 62.5 kHz for analog and digital applications. The CU1216L 33V tuning supply is derived from the single 5V supply voltage by means of a DC-DC converter. The CU1216L has an internal AGC detector with software controlled of 5 programmable take over points. The narrowband 36MHz IF output after SAW filter is being amplified further by a variable IF amplifier. The CU1216L variable IF amplifier having a 60dB of dynamic range. The 2Vp-p differential amplified IF output is input to a DVB-C Receiver. The pre-filter IF is also available as IF output for analog processing purpose.
